Check in/Out
- CHECK IN TIME 3:00 PM TO 10:00 PM.
- CHECK OUT TIME 11:00 AM
- We are not open 24 Hours. Guests must inform at least 1 night in advance for late-night check-in.
- Early CHECK IN & Late CHECK OUT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. ($ 40 CHARGE)
- The minimum check-in age required is 18 years old
- The hours of pool operation are from 7 am to 7 pm (Pets/eating or drinking food inside the pool is not allowed
Pet Policy
- WE LOVE PETS, BUT we charge $20 per Night per pet, (pay at the property)
- Service Dog has no charges. ( Must show ID)
additional Guests
- No visitors allowed in the room (Additional guests will be charged $30)
- Additional cars will be charged $20 a night
Quiet Hours
- Please observe quiet hours. 10 pm till 7am
- Respectful noise levels ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
Parking
- On-site parking is available for registered guests only ($20 per night). Weekends & special holidays charges may be higher (pay at property)
- Please park only in designated areas and display your parking permit. Time out at 11 am, do not leave your car after you check out from the room
Security & Responsibilities
- We have CCTV, but Guests will be held responsible for any damage or theft occurring during their stay. The hotel is not responsible for items left behind.
- Any incidents should be reported immediately to the front desk.
- We believe in humanity, regardless of color, race, language, nationality, or gender.
- Be respectful with other guests. Do not sit in front of anyone's room
- The hotel isn't responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen vehicles.

The ICE & VENDING MACHINE is located at the front desk during office hours only
We rent Beach towels, Chairs, umbrellas, and lounges for a charge $10 each per night
IDentification/Payments
- No room will be provided without I.D
- Online Reservations will be guaranteed with a valid ID & credit card.
- NO CREDIT OR PARTIAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED. All charges are final, and we do not offer any REFUNDS for early check-out or cancellations
CHARGES TO PAY AT PROPERTY
- A refundable damage deposit of $100 will be hold from the credit card at check-in time. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the room
- A one-time $20 Cleaning fee is mandatory for all reservations(pay at property)
Smoking & Prohibited Substances
- Smoking MARIJUANA, Cigarettes, OR Vaping electronic cigarettes) is STRICTLY not allowed in any Room. If you do so, your deposit amount will be forfeited, and you will be evicted.
- SMOKING MARIJUANA is strictly prohibited within the entire hotel premises, and violations may result in fines or eviction.
- Firearms strictly not allowed inside the rooms
- If management seen there’s any sign of Prostitution or Drugs in any room or on hotel premises. we’ll promptly notify the authorities.
HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping services are provided for $25 charge. We do not have on-site guest laundry
Kitchen utensils are provided on request. - We can provide Towels, Trash Bags, and Toilet Paper on request.
